  • Overview

    Ntrepid’s Special Programs team seeks a talented Program Manager to take ownership of an information technology program.  The PM will work closely with multiple team members to execute various development and deployment requirements to ensure the continued success and growth of an important, unique program.  This role is based out of Ntrepid’s Herndon office. 

    Responsibilities

    • Manage program-dedicated developers and support staff as well as collaborate with matrixed infrastructure resources;
    • Analyze and compile technical and non-technical data on program-related topics for use in briefings, publications, reports and decision making;
    • Create customized briefings, reports, and presentations for various stakeholders;
    • Maintain positive relationship with Customer Project Manager and Technical Leads;
    • Research, evaluate, and negotiate IT-centric contracts and purchases;
    • Respond to requests for information and manage quickly changing deadlines and priorities;
    • Perform program-related day-to-day tasks and ensure the successful execution of program deliverables; and
    • Collaborate and communicate with program colleagues and consultants and members of various other teams within the company on coordinated tasks.

    Qualifications

    • U.S. Citizenship Required
    • Active or current TS/SCI with Polygraph
    • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
    • Master’s degree in Technical or Business Management field a plus;
    • Fluency in different languages is a plus;
    • Experience managing technical staff;
    • Ability to problem solve and troubleshoot complex issues;
    • Effective written and oral communication skills and the ability to interface with a variety of stakeholders, including end users, engineers, vendors, clients and senior management on all issues related to the support of the project;
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a small team;
    • Ability and desire to work in a fast paced environment with changing priorities and activities as needed;
    • Willingness and desire to gain new skills sets.
