  • Overview

    Ntrepid Corporation seeks an innovative personality psychologist with strong research, analytic, and communication skills. This is a full-time position on the Behavioral Science Team.  The personality psychologist will be a member of a team that simultaneously supports multiple product development and research projects across the organization.

    Responsibilities

    • Leverage experience and academic training to support product development and ongoing programs
    • Work in a flexible environment on more than one project and/or team simultaneously
    • Participate constructively in small-team environments
    • Brainstorm and work collaboratively on emerging cyber issues impacting clients and products
    • Brief customers and company leaders on findings and present reports
    • Conducts all source data analysis (using both primary and secondary sources) and writes follow on products that leverages these analytics
    • Finds innovative ways to visualize data to tell a compelling story that can be understood by both high-level executives and working level analysts

    Qualifications

    • U.S. Citizenship is required
    • Must be able to obtain/maintain a security clearance
    • Expertise with various scientific personality models (e.g. HEXACO, OCEAN, Dark Triad) and their subscales; candidates with a record of graduate-level research and publication in personality psychology will receive special consideration
    • PhD (ABD will be considered) in programs relevant to the focus areas described OR a minimum of 4 years professional experience in relevant domains
    • Excellent research and analytical skills
    • Ability to work closely on project development with both technical and non-technical colleagues 
    • Ability to quickly gain expertise on new subject matter 
    • Ability to work autonomously and in team environments 
    • Ability to adapt quickly to new priorities and projects
    • Ability to develop research ideas into viable proofs of concept or into reports and briefings with practical takeaways
    • Strong data analytic capabilities using multiple statistical platforms (e.g. STATA, SAS, SPSS, R, Python) is a must.
