    Reporting to our President, the VP for Talent & Culture will lead, guide and inspire our HR and Talent Acquisition professionals while leading our Human Capital Strategy for Ntrepid. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced leader to bring vision, innovation and scalability. This role is a high-profile position that requires partnering with the executive leadership team to develop the strategic direction of human resources required to accomplish the company’s ambitious growth goals.

    Responsibilities

    • Lead the human resources and talent acquisition teams to develop and execute best practices that promote employee engagement and enable a high-performing workforce to contribute to the company’s strategic growth.
    • Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership focused on a broad-based and transformational talent agenda designed to recruit, develop, and retain the very best innovative talent in the business while anticipating challenges and proposing solutions.
    • Provide proactive guidance and support for organizational planning and development initiatives that align the human resources agenda in support of key business strategies and initiatives across varying business units and office locations.
    • Act as a catalyst for organizational change by building a shared vision with others which ensures alignment of the organization’s strategic plan, mission, and values; influences others to translate vision into action.
    • Continually assess and evaluate the HR structure, goals, and performance measures for continual improvement of the efficiency and effectiveness of the function; drive operational HR excellence through data analysis and metrics and by guiding or leading technology-based solutions. Stay abreast of emerging trends and best practices.
    • Implementation of best practices, specifically identifying and adopting benefits to ensure competitive positioning the market and industry.
    • Develop and manage the HR and talent acquisition budget. 

    Qualifications

    • U.S. Citizenship required
    • Must be able to obtain/maintain a security clearance.
    • Bachelor’s Degree required; in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field; Master’s Degree preferred.
    • SPHR or SHRM-SCP certification preferred.
    • 15+ years of progressive HR Management experience, including interfacing with executive management and managing multiple offices.
    • 8+ years of experience in organizational development in an enterprise setting.
    • Hands on experience building, managing, and leading a team of HR Professionals in a rapidly growing company and fast-paced environment.
    • Experience working in a Software, Technology, or Engineering industries.
    • A proven track-record of advancing a corporate culture and successfully leading significant change management initiatives.
    • Experience working with a geographically dispersed workforce is critical.
    • Qualitative and quantitative analysis, and strong diagnostic skills.
    • Must be results-oriented and demonstrate strategic thinking, innovation, and flexibility in dealing with changing and ambiguous situations.
    • Experience with California employment law is strongly preferred.
