  • Overview

    The consulting and analytic business unit of Ntrepid Corporation seeks a Training Team Logistics & Support Manager. The Training Team Logistics & Support Manager will be a member of the Ntrepid Training Team, which develops and delivers high-quality training on Ntrepid tools and domain expertise for current and prospective customers. The Logistics & Support Manager will assist the Team with carrying out multiple research and analytic projects, and will participate in program development and support.


    • Inventory and maintain current training equipment (laptops, mice, hot spots, projectors, power strips, etc.)
    • Maintain current stock of printed materials (exercise handouts, training booklets, Spotlight Reports, folders, and pens) and maintain a relationship with the Marketing team to ensure products are ordered/received in a timely manner
    • Prepare training folders, review training request forms from Account Manager, distribute warning orders to training team members, maintain training Outlook calendar with current and prospective training opportunities, and make hotel accommodations for training team
    • Manage logistics associated with transporting equipment to customer site, including: packing and shipping equipment, tracking shipments, and occasionally traveling to customer site
    • Maintain situational awareness of Sales Force Service Cloud deployment, and identify opportunities to incorporate capability into training program (e.g. student reach back and continuous learning activities
    • Provide additional program support when needed


    • U.S. Citizenship required
    • Must be able to obtain/maintain a security clearance
    • 5 years of experience
    • Bachelor’s degree preferred
    • Experience with VMWare Boxer, Deep Freeze, or similar laptop reset solutions
    • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
    • Experience developing and maintaining training materials
    • Knowledge of configuring, troubleshooting and monitoring equipment
    • Experience with Sales Force Service Cloud
    • Willingness to collaborate with customers and colleagues to deploy and improve upon training programs
    • Substantial knowledge of Ntrepid products and knowledge bases
    • Occasional travel may be required
