    As a Salesforce Administrator for Ntrepid, you’ll be asked to get creative and wear multiple hats while you swing between various job functions that help to maintain a rapidly growing Salesforce platform. Your responsibilities include covering daily administration tasks, leading data quality assurance, and supporting the platform lead with the gathering and development of requirements and infrastructure. This role belongs to someone who enjoys solving problems, maintaining and growing a healthy Salesforce ecosystem, and working with creative, dedicated team members.


    • Configuration & Development: Support CRM manager in system and user configurations to include creation of fields, approval processes, automation, & validations.
    • User Training & Education: Assist in user training, creation and maintenance of platform, and process documentation. Work with platform lead to manage and communicate updates and releases.
    • Data Management: Serve as the lead in developing and maintaining Ntrepid’s data management strategy by executing auditing tasks and cleansing activities.
    • Marketing Automation (MA) Support: Assist in the administration and growth of our MA Platform (Pardot).
    • Drive Change: Recommend improvements to existing system and processes; assist in creating and presenting information to provide stakeholders business intelligence.


    • U.S. Citizenship required
    • Must be able to obtain/maintain a security clearance
    • Experience administering Salesforce for a fast-growing SaaS company
    • 2 years minimum of Salesforce administration experience (Sales Cloud required)
    • Experience administrating and building both Classic & Lightning
    • Experience with Data Loader, Force.com, Certificate & Key Management, and Excel
    • Functional knowledge of Salesforce data structure with proven experience with Sales Forecasting and custom pricing
    • Experience working with third-party apps and integrations
    • Ability to meet tight deadlines, communicate delays, and navigate a complex environment
    • Salesforce ADM-201 Certification preferred
    • Experience with Service Cloud, Communities, & Pardot preferred
    • Proficiency in Sandbox-to-Production processes preferred
    • Experience working or integrating with RemedyForce or another CMDB/ITIL tool preferred
