    We are seeking a Senior Human Resource Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have exceptional Internal Communications and Employee Relations skills; strong knowledge of compliance is a plus. This role serves as an integral part of the Human Resources department and will work with employees at all levels of the organization, reporting directly to the Director of Human Resources.


    Internal Communications:

    • Champion internal communication,work with leadership as appropriate to assess communication needs, determine key messages/themes, timing and delivery, and tailor communications for specific audiences
    • Develop and implement internal communications strategies, tactics, and materials in alignment with company goals and approved messaging
    • Write, edit, and review communication deliverables for accuracy, tone, and clarity

    Employee Relations:

    • Advise, consult, and counsel management in appropriate resolution of employee relations issues including investigations, documentation, performance improvement plans, discipline and terminations
    • Recognize and identify potential employee relations issues in a proactive manner


    • Produce, analyze, and leverage reports on key HR metrics to develop recommendations for improvement of organization's practices including compliance reporting (AAP, VETS, EEO1)
    • Serve as HR expert and compliance leader regarding all applicable local, state and federal regulations including reporting and adherence
    • Oversee FMLA requests and processing


    • Perform day-to-day HR support for headquarters and staff on client site in concert with HR team, to include onboarding/separation, orientation, benefits administration, compensation management, training, and performance management
    • Administer workers’ compensation for HQ office
    • Oversee FMLA requests and processing


    • U.S. Citizenship required
    • Must be able to obtain/maintain a security clearance
    • Bachelor’s in Human Resources, Communications or related discipline
    • Minimum of 6+ years Human Resource experience, 8+ strongly desired
    • SHRM-CP or PHR strongly desired
    • Superior English - writing, editing, and verbal communications skills
    • Familiarity with compliance and government regulations
    • Must be willing to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Attention to detail is critical to success in this role
    • Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality while working with sensitive and confidential information
    • Experience using ADP Workforce Now, CostPoint, iCIMS, and Microsoft Suite is a plus
