    Ntrepid Corporation is looking for a Scrum Master to join our company at a critical period of growth and development for us. We are a product-oriented company delivering a variety of powerful information security solutions to both commercial and government customers.  As a Scrum Master, you will work closely with your product teams to follow the Agile Scrum framework.  Your analytical skills will be critical in enabling these teams to maintain predicable and high quality releases. Additionally, your insights will provide crucial input to our Product Managers as they consider options regarding future product direction. We are looking for people who enjoy a challenge, like to problem solve and are energized by having every day be different.     • Serve as Scrum Master for one or more teams
    • Integrate Agile principles into team practices and work products
    • Facilitate daily scrum, backlog pruning, sprint planning, and retrospective meetings  
    • Anticipate, track, and remove impediments to velocity via strong communication and interpersonal relationship skills
    • Partner with Product Management to quantify progress of both development & QA and help with the identification of risks
    • Collaborate with the Product Tech Lead to keep backlogs cleanly organized and ready for the next sprint
    • Apply critical analysis to both metrics (quality, delivery rate, etc.) and team feedback in order to identify opportunities for improvement


    • U.S. Citizenship required
    • Ability to obtain/maintain a security clearance is a plus
    • BA/BS required (a degree in a quantitative field is preferred)
    • 5+ years of Scrum Master experience
    • Experience with Agile methodologies, Scrum processes, and the Atlassian tool suite
