Overview

The Account Executive will be responsible for establishing an Ntrepid presence and driving sales activities in the Federal Department of Defense (DoD) market. The candidate will be expected to penetrate prospective target accounts for new business and to establish and work with partners in the designated territory. 

Responsibilities

  • Drive new business development through prospecting, qualifying, selling, and closing software solutions.
  • Develop a sales pipeline based on the designated territory and lead opportunities to closure.
  • Be responsible for quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Manage client relationships throughout all phases of the sales cycle.
  • Provide a consultative solutions sales process to prospects.
  • Conduct one-on-one and group sales presentations.
  • Manage accounts within the existing territory.
  • Track customer information, forecasts, and reports.
  • Develop and maintain a prospect and customer list based on strategic marketing data and other sources for sales leads.
  • Engage with partner organizations within the assigned territory.
  • Plan and strategize marketing activities in collaboration with the marketing department and other teams for the end users.

Qualifications

  • U.S. Citizenship required.
  • Hybrid role: Tuesdays/Thursdays in person at office required.
  • Must be local to the DC metro area.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Active Top Secret clearance.
  • 5+ years of experience selling mission-focused software solutions to the Department of Defense.
  • Prior track record of overachieving revenue objectives.
  • Ability to develop relationships and work extensively with all levels, particularly executives like CISOs and CSOs.
  • Ability to make presentations and lead customer discussions to advance the sales process.
  • Provide accurate forecasting to the reporting manager regularly.
  • Experience with Salesforce, LinkedIn, and other social platforms.
  • Familiarity with online investigations, OSINT, or related missions.
  • Familiarity with managed attribution, OSINT, or mission-related activities.
