Overview

The Product Communications Specialist will work with the Implementation manager/marketing team in conjunction with Ntrepid’s Academy. The Academy is our Cyber Solutions Center of Excellence that provides 24/7 access to training, resources, and operational support. It includes the Learning Center for training, Resource Support with documentation/guides, operational support for best practices, additional product assistance, and special customer requests. The Product Communications Specialist will create content and become a specialized expert in online managed attribution and related technologies.  

The ideal candidate for this role would be expected to develop a solid understanding of new and emerging technologies and their applications within Ntrepid’s specific market. This individual should possess strong writing/editing skills coupled with technical aptitude. Additionally, the Product Communications Specialist will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful materials that enhance user engagement, product understanding, and training effectiveness. Ultimately, the Product Communications Specialist will create content that aligns with Ntrepid’s voice and style. This role requires a versatile content creator who excels at simplifying complex concepts to educate, engage, and inspire external audiences. 

  

The Product Communications Specialist will play a pivotal role in advancing our Product organization, fostering motivation, and promoting the adoption of innovative technologies (including artificial intelligence). The contributions of the Product Communications Specialist will be critical in shaping how our products are communicated to the National Security and Defense communities while simultaneously supporting internal communications to ensure team alignment. By crafting messaging, documentation, training materials, and internal updates, the Product Communications Specialist will help ensure that our evolving brand and industry position are consistently and effectively represented. Responsibilities

Technical Documentation:

  • Develop and maintain user guides, access guides, and product SharePoint pages that align with Ntrepid’s style and voice.
  • Ensure consistency and accuracy in technical documentation for a diverse audience.
  • Maintain and organize the Documentation JIRA project to ensure timely updates and workflows.
  • Provide technical writing and formatting support for RFPs, RFIs, and other business needs.
  • Interface with the Product team to align on product roadmap and key objectives, and work closely with product owners to clearly communicate features and enhancements.

Academy Trainings:

  • Collaborate on the creation of detailed training materials, including:
    • Video scripts, quizzes, and interactive learning modules
    • Training process manuals
  • Regularly audit and update training materials to reflect product updates and business needs
  • Ensure consistency and version control across all training documentation
  • Support the “Living On” initiative and develop workflows to improve scalability and learner outcomes

Marketing Content:

  • Create, edit, and manage public-facing content, including:
      • Website content
      • Sales enablement materials (e.g., data sheets,      mission papers, sales decks, case studies)
      • Product feature descriptions and social media posts
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to develop and refine messaging for prospects and customers
  • Manage corporate social media accounts, including content creation, posting, and analytics reporting

  • Continuously improve marketing content based on analytics, feedback, and industry best practices

Qualifications

  • U.S. Citizenship required
  • Candidates must submit three writing samples, each consisting of 600 words. The samples should include one technical piece, one narrative, and a third sample of the candidate's personal choice. Please email the samples to recruiting@ntrepidcorp.com
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Technical Writing, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in technical writing, content creation, or marketing communications
  • Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and experience with creating formatted, high-quality materials
  • Strong ability to simplify technical jargon for diverse audiences
  • Familiarity with documentation tools like JIRA and version control processes
  • Knowledge of social media content management and analytics tools
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • B2G experience a plus
