We are seeking a Software Engineer Intern for Summer 2026 to contribute to active product development efforts within our Product Engineering team.

 

You will work closely with a mentor engineer and collaborate as a member of an Agile development team. This role offers meaningful exposure to modern development practices, production systems, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to software development efforts as part of a collaborative engineering team.

  • Assist with implementing features, enhancements, and bug fixes.

  • Support testing, documentation, and overall product quality initiatives.

  • Participate in team meetings and Agile development activities.

  • Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver assigned work.

  • Learn and apply team development standards and best practices.

Qualifications

  • U.S. Citizenship required.

  • Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.

  • Experience with at least one programming language (e.g., Python, JavaScript, Java, C/C++).

  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

  • Familiarity with Git and version control workflows.

  • Understanding of REST APIs and general software development lifecycle concepts.

  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred:

  • Experience with React, Vue, or similar frontend frameworks.

  • Familiarity with Python or TypeScript.

  • Basic understanding of relational databases and HTTP/HTTPS.

  • Exposure to Docker or containerized environments.
